SHIPPING & DELIVERY
XGIMI uses various couriers such as Australia Post parcel, TNT and DHL for deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.
Processing & Dispatch Times
The orders placed on our website before 11:00 p.m. will be processed and dispatched (from the Sydney warehouse) within 1-2 working days. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in NSW, Australia.
– Same Day/Next Day Doorstep Delivery
For orders shipping to addresses within 30km of the Sydney centre area, we will arrange for a driver to deliver to your doorstep.
– Courier Shipping
For orders shipping to ACT/QLD/VIC/SA/TAS/WA/NT/Greater Sydney(30km away), delivery will be made via delivery agents.

Payment Methods
– Credit Cards
We accept both MasterCard and Visa. Here at XGIMI Australia, we take your payment security seriously. To help protect you from potential Credit Card fraud, sales processed using Credit Card online (via Stripe) may be selected for additional security verification. If your order is selected for this extra security verification, we will contact you by email and you will need to verify the amount of a small charge & refund made to your card before we can dispatch your order. If you are unable to easily access this information, please select an alternative payment method.
– PayPal
We accept PayPal through XGIMI online store. This option does not attract any extra charges or delays.
